Put Down Your Books, and Let's Cook

A Blossom World Society's very own culinary class that aims to engage youths through cooking delicious meals.

Classes would be instructed by Chef Kevin Law, a young aspiring professional chef with skills acquired from different countries. He would be teaching Hong Kong styled dishes as they are quick and easy to prepare, and also delicious!

Since the class commence on the 4th May, we have learnt how to prepare to Hongkong Fish with Cream Style Corn Sauce Rice, Shanghainese Wonton.

Next lesson on 8th June, we will be learning Stir Fried Noodles with Soy Sauce and 15 June is Monterey Jack Cheese Sandwich.
