IRONWILL CAMP

This year, the world has been taken by a sudden swirl of uncertainties due to COVID-19, with no one spared. At such tough time, what is one of the key things for a leader to do to communicate effectively?

Despite the challenge of not being able to conduct a physical camp which many of you were looking forward to, we are determined to bring you the virtual edition where you can join from the comfort of your home! Calling all aspiring future leaders aged 16 to 20, to join us as we hope to give you strength, courage and positive energy to overcome the challenges ahead!

  2. The importance of active listening for effective communication.

  3. What is the difference between listening to yourself versus listening to others?

Richard possesses more than thirty years of experience in leadership and people management, human resource management and development, employability skills and coaching, service skills and retail selling skills.

He has developed and conducted workshops for youths in effective communication and interaction skills, and how individuals can improve their personal effectiveness in different aspects of life.

In his course of work, he has designed and conducted learning and development programs in Chinese and English across Asia such as Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.
